Debbie founded Spackle & Sparkle in 2006 in response to a resounding need for residential cleaning services with excellence. Her passion is to treat every client as the only one, to take every home to as close to brand new/perfect as is possible, to personalize service to a degree simply not available elsewhere -- and to do it at a low price.
Debbie was born in Washington state but spent her formative years in Guadalajara, Mexico -- the city of eternal spring. With degrees in theology and exegesis from Prairie Bible College, she and her husband spent the first eighteen years of their marriage preparing for and serving amongst Christian Iraqi refugees stranded in Jordan. Their three children grew up speaking Arabic and loving the warm Middle Eastern hospitality.
Debbie is an amateur woodworker, an avid gardener, and plays piano and guitar and composes poetry and music when nothing is breaking down and needing to be fixed. She loves languages, kittens, tools, and letters from her college kids.
Debbie and Jeff have lived in various parts of the U.S. and abroad, but when it came time to return to the United States, they hurried to Texas, where they plan to retire. Having tasted the entire world, they were quick to recognize the Best Place on Earth!
