Debbie is an awesome employer! She is a very positive, pleasant and upbeat person to be around and she makes it nearly impossible to ever have a bad day around her. Pay raises are always as promised and on time. She provides all the supplies and equipment needed. I get Sundays and evenings off to spend more time with my family. This has been a perfect fit for me and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

As Rockwall’s premiere residential cleaning service, we are fastidious about customer service, committed to excellence, and tireless in our drive to transform people’s days from ordinary to lavish by providing a clean and relaxing welcome home.
Hourly pay is $10.00 to $15.00, with most people making $12/hr within the first 90 days, plus attendance and excellence bonuses. Paid vacation after only six months. No evenings or Sundays. Casual attire. Flexible around family/school responsibilities.
Job requirements:
- Cleaning experience helpful but energy and enthusiasm far more important
- Passion for excellence
- Eye to detail
- Hard working
- Positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable driving to client homes within a 15-mile radius of Rockwall
- Enjoy working alone but can work on a team when needed
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Other criteria:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Personal vehicle with valid TX driver’s license and insurance
- Must be able to pass background and drug tests
- Non-smoker
