Executive level service

Our Executive-level service is our premium product, as described throughout the website. It includes full-service, deep cleaning in addition to organization and minor repairs. $.055 per square foot at the weekly rate.

Platinum-level service

Our Platinum-level service provides the same painstaking cleaning as the Executive level, but without the organization or repairs. It is, simply put, the most thorough cleaning on the market -- like spring cleaning every week! It includes all cleaning items listed on the "our services" page, including full appliance interiors, grout brushing, scuff removal, trim scrubbing, interior windows, fixture wiping, lightbulb changes, bedding changes, patio sweeping, etc. $.045 per square foot at the weekly rate.

We do not provide any level of cleaning below this. All of our cleaning is deep cleaning. We do not thoroughly clean one wet and one dry area per visit, as is common in the industry, and just lightly go over the rest. We clean the entire house to its highest possible level of clean -- every time. When we are finished, you may safely invite over your boss or even your mother-in-law -- your secret is safe with us!

We also provide one-time cleaning and make-ready cleaning at $.20 per square foot. Our initial cleaning** is billed at $.15 per square foot. (When comparing rates, please realize that our initial cleaning of a 2500 square-foot house generally takes between 15 and 24 people-hours. A comparable amount of work, billed by the hour as most companies do, would run you at least double that -- if you can even find a company willing to pull out appliances, scrub oven racks, detail patios, wash windows, degrease kitchen cabinet tops, and pull down delicate floral arrangements to dust them!)

We can alternately clean at a flat rate of $50 for the first hour and $40 for subsequent hours worked, sales tax included. This will cost you far more per hour than our initial package cleaning, but it works great for instances where you just need the master bathroom cleaned or the oven and fridge restored to like-new.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and expense and call us first! We are often called in as the second or even third resort at getting a house ready for a family to move in. When the job matters, leave it to people who will treat your home like it is the only one in town.

* Because houses vary so much in the time required to clean them, we will provide an exact quote when we see your home. Items that could increase the cost a bit include outdoor kitchens or extensive outdoor furniture that you would like us to clean, more than two indoor pets, a country location with the attendant critters and dust, bunk beds if you would like us to make them up, busy, knick-knacky decor, etc..

No hidden fees

Not only do we clean on a wholly different level than anything currently on the market, including as standard things most companies charge extra for (if they do them at all) -- but we have been told by several clients that we actually save them money when damage, inability to communicate, and failure to show are taken into account.

Stand-alone window cleaning rates

We can clean exterior windows on the first floor, to ten feet, by request at a rate of $10.00 per window, which includes panes, tracks, screens, and trim.

We have very rarely had a callback. But if for any reason our service fails to meet your full expectations, we will return until it does! Just call by 10:00 the following morning and we will be out to make it right.

** I know, this sounds like a lot of money! We have tried and tried to do it for less, but we invariably take a loss. Our teams work harder and breathe in more dust and pet hair, scrape off more scale, degrease more surfaces, scrub more grout, and degunkify more ovens than on a week's worth of regular cleanings, and they go home exhausted -- but satisfied in that before-and-after way. :) When you compare initial cleaning services amongst companies, realize that you are getting a wholly different result when choosing us -- our standards often requiring as much as four times the labor expenditure before we can pronounce your home "sprackled".
